Candle Care: Dos & Don’ts
DO:
•Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn to prevent soot and ensure an even flame.
•Let the wax melt all the way to the edges during the first burn to avoid tunneling.
•Burn your candle on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts and direct sunlight.
•Allow the candle to cool and solidify before relighting.
•Store in a cool, dry place to preserve the fragrance and wax quality.
DON’T:
•Don’t burn your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
•Don’t leave a burning candle unattended.
•Don’t move the candle while the wax is still hot.
•Don’t place near curtains, plants, or anything flammable.
•Don’t forget to snuff out the flame—never blow it out.
